Overview This interactive seminar
examines the sources of conflict and provides techniques for
resolving conflict. It includes role playing. Topics include:
- The positive and negative consequences of conflict.
- Clarifying different perspectives.
- Identifying your typical
conflict responses.
- Understanding different personalities.
- Identifying conflict stimulators and extinguishers.
- Techniques for minimizing or resolving conflict.
- How to deal with conflicting positions to achieve
good team decisions
Instructor Jean Boucher specializes in designing, developing and
delivering training programs for executives, managers and
other professionals. Jay formerly worked at Digital
Equipment Corporation and Liberty Mutual Group where he
designed and delivered courses in project management,
management, consulting, team-building and developing
interpersonal skills. He received a BA from St. Anselm
