Overview
The team structure adapts easily to changing conditions and has produced
outstanding results for many companies. In this interactive seminar
participants will explore the skills needed to create, develop and lead
their teams through conflict, growth and finally to successful, high
performance. We will discuss the Teambuilding and leadership skills
necessary to produce high performance teams in your organization.
Instructor
Jean Boucher specializes in designing, developing and delivering training programs for
executives, managers and other professionals. Jay formerly worked at
Digital Equipment Corporation and Liberty Mutual Group where he designed
and delivered courses in project management, management, consulting,
team-building and developing interpersonal skills. He received a BA from
St. Anselm College and MA from UMass Amherst.
